Harrison & Harrison is a full service litigation firm handling cases in State and Federal Court.  The attorneys have over fifty years combined experience in litigation matters.  The firm has offices in McDonough, Georgia and Brunswick, Georgia.  Our firm concentrates the practice of law in the areas of criminal cases, family law, and personal injury.  Our lawyers have extensive litigation experience in all of those areas as well as experience in others areas.  Our criminal trial practice encompasses DUI cases, drug cases, other serious felonies and misdemeanors in State and Federal Courts.  Our lawyers have tried several capital felony cases including a number of death penalty cases.  Our family law practice includes divorce, child custody, modifications, and contempt matters.  Our personal injury trial practice has been very successful and includes accident cases, medical malpractice and wrongful death.

General Philosophy

Harrison & Harrison believes that the highest ethical standards apply in each case.  We begin each case with the idea that the case will be concluded by a trial, however, this approach and complete preparation allow negotiated settlements or settlements through arbitration and mediation which benefit clients.  The firm is prepared to argue in any courtroom before a judge or jury.  We do not take every case that comes in the door.  We limit the number of cases so that our lawyers and staff can devote their full time and attention to those cases we do choose to take.
